Paul Badger – Partner, Development and Investment   Paul’s accomplishments as a real estate developer include the successful acquisition and development of over 65 properties and maintaining an average portfolio growth rate of over 75% per year. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration from Morehouse College with a concentration in marketing and earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a triple major in Marketing, Finance, and Management Strategy.

Ayoka Quinones - Partner, Operations and Financial Reporting   Ayoka has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mount Holyoke College and a master's of science in nonprofit management from The Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy, New School University. Ayoka is responsible for the management of CityLife's real estate assets and financial reporting.

Vaughn Slater – Partner  Vaughn has been a real estate professional for five years and sources investment opportunities for the firm. Vaughn has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Temple University and a MIS degree from Drexel University.
