Joseph Quinones - Managing Partner
Joe is CityLife’s founding partner and has over nine years experience in acquiring and redeveloping property in Philadelphia and successfully built a real estate portfolio valued at one million dollars in the University City area of West Philadelphia.

Mr. Quinones has an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in international business administration and accounting.

Kevin L. Holmes - Managing Partner
Kevin has over 17 years experience as a owner and active manager of rental property. He has successfully built a real estate portfolio valued at over 3 million dollars and has also been a full time commercial real estate professional for the last four years. Mr. Holmes was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y.  He is a graduate of Howard University and the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (MBA). He is an active member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, African American Real Estate Professionals of New York and the Real Estate Board of New York.
